LawnGrips Shipping and Return Policy

Our Shipping Policy

Shoes in stock at time of order receipt will be shipped same or next day. LawnGrips has a large inventory, but there is a possibility some size or style will be out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order in a timely fashion, we will notify you by email with possible substitutions as well as an estimated ship date of the shoes you ordered. You decide how you want your order to be handled. All orders are shipped, as specified, by you our valued Customer and shipping/handling charges are calculated at the time of your Internet order and are billed to your credit card.

Our Return Policy

Full-grain, oiled leather can naturally vary in texture, color and feel. All LawnGrips products are fully guaranteed to be of the highest quality, free from manufacturing defects. Items may be returned within 10- days of receipt after providing us with a return request email at contactus@lawngrips.com. Only shoes that are in like new condition will be accepted for credit, unless they are being returned due to a manufacturing defect.

Purchasing footwear via the Internet can be tricky thus we have established a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. If your shoes do not fit properly we will exchange them using the following guidelines:

If you have ordered a size and it just doesn't fit the way you want, you can return them, providing you have not worn the shoes outside and they are being returned in "like new" condition. The shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and be shipped inside of another box. Please include a note along with the corrected size, your shipping address, if different from your original order and a $5.00 check to cover a portion of the re-shipment freight.  Please contact us first via Contactus@LawnGrips.com or 1-877-4GRIPS1 to get authorization.   Size returns are shipped to:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to LawnGrips. Tracking numbers (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc.) should be emailed to contactus@lawngrips.com. Credit will not be issued until the item has been received in like new condition with all tags intact.

If we sent the wrong pair of shoes, the return is simple. Please alert us by email at contactus@lawngrips.com or call 1-877-4GRIPS1 (447-4771) to promptly fix the error.


Our Warranty

LawnGrips has a 6 month limited manufacturer's defect warranty.

Warranty Covers: Defects (sole separation; seam rip not caused by equipment) on boots purchased within 6 months.

Not covered: Rips, tears, stains, holes and punctures caused by equipment are not covered by warranty.

Worn out boots with bottom cleats that are flattened due to wear are not eligible for warranty. Shoes sent with these conditions will not be repaired or returned because they are worn out.

Please include the sales receipt, name, email address and shipping address of the customer inside the box, (otherwise we won't know whose shoes they are or where to send the repaired boots). Allow 4 to 6 weeks for evaluation and response.
